The Professional Craftsman Code of Conduct

  • -Highest Quality and Quantity of work

  • -Using best skills

  • -Using best work practices

The work ethic and craftsmanship the PCCC instills in our members ensures that the work they do is finished on time, on or under budget, and done correctly the first time.

The PCCC encourages our membership to take pride in their work. This pride leaves a lasting impression of quality workmanship with our customers, prompting them to utilize the IAHFIAW on future projects.

In order to be effective, the PCCC requires complete support from the local union. Local union officers set the example for their membership by promoting the Professional Craftsman Code of Conduct.

In order to ensure that the PCCC is properly implemented, the Business Manager, with the full support of the Officers of the local union, will appoint and train a Quality Control Craftsman (QCC).

The QCC is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the PCCC on all jobsites by all members.
